WHERE CAN I GET THE FILES PRINTED?
1. You can print your printable art files on a home printer. The better paper quality you use the better result you will get.
2. You can take your files to your local print shop or photo lab for more professional results.
3. You can also upload your files to an online print service, like Mpix, Shutterfly or Snapfish. They will print your artwork and mail it to you.
To find places to print in your country, try a Google search using terms like ‘Poster printing’, ‘Online digital printing’, Photo printing’ or ‘Giclee art printing’.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?
Our prints look best on thick white satin or matt paper, however it is a personal choice and you may prefer to go with gloss paper.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY DIGITAL FILES?
Digital files are available IMMEDIATELY after the purchase is completed and the payment is received. After checkout you will be directed to a page with a link to download a file ‘DOWNLOAD LINK and INSTRUCTIONS’. This file contains instructions and a link to download your files (click a grey button ‘To download your prints click here’).
You can also find your files under ‘Customer Service’ – ‘My Account’ – ‘Downloads’ tab on our website or simply by visiting this page. You need to be logged onto your Homely Space account to do this.

CAN I GET PDF FILES OR ANOTHER SIZE OF JPEG FILES?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?
No. Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital goods, it is not possible to “return” the product. Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges after your purchase is completed.
