Our order processing time for all fine art prints is 2-3 business days and the standard shipping time is 7 - 14 business days after the product is ready (unless there are unforeseen circumstances).
In case your parcel and art arrive damaged, we offer 100% replacement guarantee. To request an exchange please send us a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged art to our email address support@homelyspace.com.au and we will have new art out to you as soon possible.
No, we do not currently offer express shipping.
No, we offer unframed prints allowing you to customise the look and feel of your art piece to your personal taste.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase. Once we start production process, we are unable to cancel our order as it is custom made specifically for you.
